Meet Fredric.
Before care
This posture - or as we like to call it: tension pattern - is a common pattern seen in climbers. It shows a high degree of 'fight-flight-freeze'. Fredric experiences a feeling of heaviness on the wall, exhaustion, struggles getting his body up to temp, low back pain, disconnection and has a fear of falling.
After 7 sessions
"I feel much lighter on the wall, I have no back pain anymore, I am able to keep my back stable when doing squads and my energy efficiency in climbing improved because my posture is straighter and my head not as far forward anymore."
Meet Johan.
Before care
This is another type of tension pattern showing a high degree of 'fight-flight-freeze'. Johan experiences chronic fatigue, frequent injuries, balance issues, busy mind and headaches, stress on the wall, unaware of his feet on the wall. This state diminishes the quality of your climbing sessions.
After 7 sessions
Now Johan's posture and nervous system are able to function more efficiently and optimally. In this state he will perform better, feel less tense, be more energized, focused, experience more 'flow', and be more aware of his body in space. He will get more good quality tries on his projects and is less prone to injury.
Meet Mae.
Before care
Mae's posture is a typical posture for a female in today's society. It shows a high degree of 'fight-flight-freeze'. Someone with this posture and in this stressful state is likely to experience; exhaustion, low energy, body tension, pains, anxiety, headaches, sleeping issues, a busy mind and irritation / mood changes. This state diminishes your quality of life.
After 7 sessions
Now, with this upright posture, Mae's nervous system is able to function more efficiently and optimally. In this state she is more energized, sleeps better, feels more balanced emotionally, is better able to manage stress, focus better and feel more connected with her body. She went from taking 5 different types of medication (anti-depressants, anxiety, sleep medication) to now only taking 1 pill a day! (Obviously, discussed with her doctor).
